Ingredients:

1 egg
2 oats wraps
200 g soya milk
30 g flour
50 g redcurrant berries
sweeetener

Instructions

Making the cream
Mix soya milk, egg, flour and sweetener in a bowl and make sure there is no clumps. Pour mixture into a pot and stir the mixture constantly until thickened. Once thickened take it off the stove and leave it to cool down.

Wrap Layers
Next step is to make the wraps into small circles with a cup. We will need 2 pieces of wrap, use a cup to cut 8 smaller circles. These circles will act as the layers. Dont throw away the leftovers, we will use them to sprinkle on top of the cake. Put the circle layers
on a hot pan and dry lightly. Dry the wrap leftovers in the same way. heat the wrap for 30 seconds on each side. Once done take them off the pan and let them cool.

Making the cake
Place one circle wrap on a plate then smear each the cream in an even thickness on it. Place another wrap on top and repeat. Once out of circle wraps place the cream and finish off by crunching the leftovers on top and garnish with redcurrants or any other berries you prefer.Leave in the fridge for 30 -40 minutes.
