Ingredients:

90 g oats wraps
300 g chicken fillet or chicken breast
100 g onion
1 egg
50 g cheese
Salt and pepper
Fresh dill
Corriander spice
1 Clove of garlic

Instructions

Mix the egg with the milk in a bowl and leave it ready for later in the cooking process.

Blend chicken in a blender to mince the meat. Mix together with onion, 1 piece of garlic, corriander, salt and pepper.  You can add any seasoning you prefer (parsley, dill or others). Smear the oats wrap bread with the minced meat. Roll the wrap into a roll and cut into thick pieces. Put in a baking plate and pour the mixture of egg and milk on top. Bake for 20 min on 180 c degrees. Once out of the oven lightly sprinkle with dill and cheese on top.
