A huge part of making change and keeping that change is to set goals you can reach. The goals should not be so unachievable that failure overtakes the motivation to continue. So start small. Once a goal is achieved you can always make a harder goal. The reason for this is that you want the cycle of change to enhance to journey to a healthy life style.

To make it easier to manage and remember your current goals I have created a Mindset Journal which is used to track your goals, daily mindset and record the changes make to your health. Writting these things down should be a fun and creative way to realise the changes you go through over time – and also helps solidify your determination.

The Journal Goals page is a simple pdf where you can either write by hand or write directly in the browser to save or print as you like. The page has your weight, measurements, nutritional and physical goals that you can write. Although body fat and muscle mass is important down the line I have specifically kept this out of the document as someone just beginning may not easily have access to these things. Should you have them you can always write them and your goal into the physical section.
