Nutrition Calories

They are not just random numbers that needs to be kept low. They are the building blocks for your nutrition. As such it is important how to know how many you need. And more importantly how to divide those calories into protein, fats and carbs. So lets start with finding out how much calories you need.

In order to assist you find out what the calories you need to keep your current shape. you can use the “Calorie Calculator” below on the left side. It is important to note that this number needs to be slightly lowered in order to loose weight.

Once you know how many calories you should be ingesting, you need to find out how that is in fats, carbs and proteins in grams. This way you are not ingesting a ton of fats you may not need when you wish to build muscle.
