As with all things in life – change is difficult to start and even harder to keep. With the launching of this website I am also undergoing a huge transformation. Where you may be focused on the aspect of changing your health. I am working on communication through this website. This means learning a ton of things such as image editing, writing styles, website publishing and management. So with a little assistance I am finding my way. Luckily having help and guiding, I am able to stump my way through this technological maze of buttons that seems to puzzle me more than enlighten. With time I suspect I may become a true “nerd” but for now I will stumble in the dark for a while.  As part of this journey of learning I am taking copious notes that seem to stack up. So in the interest of structuring my thoughts I am starting a knowledge base in a folder notebook so I do not forget the essentials needed for every day.

With a journal I can enter my determination, how to do things, how much more confident I feel. Over time I can go back to review where I am in terms of my goals.

So for you my dear readers

I will make a series of pages that can be printed and put in a folder as part of a journal. So far the idea is to state the goals you want to accomplish. Another page will function as a daily mindset evaluation that you can print and fill out so you can see how well you are faring with your goals. Another page will serve as partial goal or full goal met. 

All files will be available in pdf so you can fill them out on the computer and print or simply print and handwrite as you please. All pages will be placed as a collection on the downloads page in resources.
