I am a passionate fitness coach and private training specialist that provides private training sessions to clients. This website serves as a knowledgebase and online resource for all like-minded people with a passion for nutrition, fitness and health improvement.

My primary background in Fitness Bodybuilding and the competition scene in Ukraine have taught me how to build up my body and make changes to my life style in incremental steps to assure a permanence of results. After moving to UAE I started out as a fitness trainer and progressed over several years to managing a class oriented gym with great results from our clients.

I work towards a healthy lifestyle by making incremental changes to achieve long term permanence of the results.

I help you reach your goals. In the past I have had all sorts of clients. Some needed to slim down for a wedding dress, others needed to rebuild core strength and straighten their back due to bad posture, Some wanted to build strength and get a more defined muscle tone. So all my training will be tailored to your needs as they are never the same.  I am here only to assure you reach your goals in a safe manner. The primary function of this website is to provide a tool that can assist people of all ages succeed in making permanent life changes that improve their health and fitness. This is done constant articles and knowledge paired with private sessions that I provide:

Fitness: articles and video content about fitness types, pitfalls, training programs, advantages and more.

Mindset: articles about overcoming psychological barriers that prevent you from reaching your goals and making permanent changes. Journaling and understanding how to motivate yourself is a key part of this.

Nutrition: articles, guides, recipies and videos about how to prepare your food in order to assure proper nutrition as well as assuring you reach your goals. Food journaling has a huge impact on how well and efficiently your reach your goals so if looking to make a change – do not omitt this part as it is absolutely critical.

 

 

The Dialogue

A client dialoge is always different. Some clients require an advanced meal plan and a firm understanding in how to balance the calorie intake. Others needs technical guidance on how to perform better during their training regime. Often it is a mix of both. But all clients start with a dialogue to help assess and set goals.

I always sit and have a complimentary meeting with you first. This is to discover the your goals, diet, past injuries to take into account and understand overall health status. This makes it easier to make a customized plan for you.
