Ingredients:

20 g Chia seeds
100 g persimon
20 g coya milk

Instructions

1. Mix chia seeds with a little hot water im a small cup. Leave in the water for 5 min for soaking so the seeds expand.
2. Next we will wash the persimon and peel prior to putting in a blender. Blend until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
3. Divide the chia seeds into two halves (leave water in both halfs). Pour soya milk into one half and mix it.
4. Second half (with no milk) place into the bottom of a cup. Place persimon mass on top. Distribute it evenly. On top we will pour the chia seeds with the milk. You should now have a tripple layered pudding that is ready to eat.
